Payment & Coverage Information
Out-of-Network Reimbursement: We do not provide guidance regarding out-of-network reimbursement at this time. Patients are responsible for understanding their individual plan benefits. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly for information about coverage, reimbursement eligibility, and any applicable requirements. Because care provided through our self-pay model is structured outside of insurance billing, services are generally not eligible for reimbursement.
HSA & FSA Payment Options: Many services may be eligible for payment using HSA or FSA funds, depending on your individual plan and whether services meet medical necessity requirements. We recommend confirming eligibility directly with your HSA or FSA administrator.
Government Insurance Plans: Our services are not billed to Medicaid or Medicare. Patients with these plans may choose to proceed with self-pay options.
