Integrative Child & Teen Health
Move beyond symptom management to address root causes through science-backed, personalized pediatric integrative and functional care.
Whole-child support for brain, body, development, and lifelong wellness.
Our Integrative Approach
Integrative pediatric care blends evidence-based conventional medicine with functional and lifestyle approaches to support your child’s overall health and development. Rather than focusing on symptom suppression alone, care emphasizes identifying root contributors, strengthening resilience, and building sustainable wellness strategies over time.
This approach considers the full context of your child’s life — biology, environment, nutrition, sleep, stress physiology, and emotional wellbeing — and integrates research-informed tools to support long-term health and development.
Integrative consultative care does not replace your child’s primary or specialty medical providers. We are not anti-medication and frequently collaborate with families whose children are currently taking prescriptions such as stimulants, antidepressants, or immunosuppressants.
Our role is to expand the therapeutic toolkit — identifying contributing factors, strengthening resilience, and thoughtfully integrating evidence-informed nutrition, lifestyle, and targeted supplementation strategies alongside conventional care when appropriate. Safety, collaboration, and respect for each family’s goals are always the foundation.
Areas of Focus
- Nutrition & targeted supplementation

- Movement & physical resilience
- Stress regulation & mind-body practices
- Environmental exposures
- Emotional & behavioral wellbeing
Families who tend to thrive in this model value:
- A comprehensive, root-cause approach
- Time for thoughtful evaluation and strategy
