INSURANCE
We are currently credentialing and contracting with select insurance plans, including Blue Cross of Idaho, Regence BlueShield of Idaho, St. Luke’s Health Plan, and Select Health.
Appointments begin in August. We anticipate contracts will be in place, but participation is not guaranteed. We will verify your insurance closer to your appointment and reach out if any additional information or next steps are needed.
SELF-PAY
Self-pay appointments begin in August.
We may offer a limited number of earlier self-pay openings. If you would like to be notified if earlier appointments become available, please contact us and request to be added to the early access list.
