INSURANCE
We are currently credentialing and contracting with select insurance plans, including Blue Cross of Idaho, Regence BlueShield of Idaho, St. Luke’s Health Plan, and Select Health.
Appointments begin in August. We anticipate contracts will be in place, but participation is not guaranteed. We will verify your insurance closer to your appointment and reach out if any additional information or next steps are needed.
If you have any commercial insurance plan that we are in-network with (as either primary or secondary coverage), your care will be processed through insurance. Our team will help verify your benefits and coordinate billing as needed.
SELF-PAY
Self-pay care is available for patients who do not have commercial insurance with which we are in-network.
This includes:
- Patients with out-of-network commercial plans
- Patients with Medicaid or other government programs
- Patients without insurance
